Unpaid item case opened. How long to wait before I can relist?

As the title says. Its been just on a week since I opened the case, this is the last of this particular item and I have someone who want's to buy it. So what do I do to relist it and get the seller fee's back? Do I just close the case? As I think if I do I wont see the fee's being credited to me.

Sorry if its vague...

Cheers.

Close the case (you can do that after 4 days) and then you can re-list.  By closing the case you will also receive your FVF back ๐Ÿ™‚

Close the case just after the 8th day or you won't receive your fees back.

the OP cannot close the dispute just after the 8th day; I do not how long after the auction end they opened it, but it was opened week ago.  If it was opened on the 5th day, today would have been already 12th day.  But that is OK, eBay gives 36 days after the listing ended to close the case.

That is why I've advised the OP to close it just after the 8th day - meaning just over 8 days after the dispute was opened.

It looks as you are saying that unless the OP closes the dispute just after the 8th day, they will not get their FVF back - in fact they have  much longer.

I took the phrase " just on a week" to mean "almost a week" = maybe 5-6 days since the case was open. The OP was posted on the 18th,  and I recommended to close immediately, which by all indication they did same day.  You posted day later telling them to close after day 8.   ???

So I am bit confused ๐Ÿ™‚
