Okay, here's the deal... listed a sweatshirt for sale at $25 OBO. Received several best offers, all around $17. Countered at $20, no one accepted. One specific buyer said all they had was $17 tips. So I messaged all buyers and told them I was selling at auction with a link, since I had so many others for same price, figured they could bid it out and get a better price. The days later, auction ended with a high buyer at $27.50... same buyer who told me she only had $17 and had a FB score of six... figure this wasn't going to end well, but remained hopeful. After an invoice and friendly message with no communication, I opened an unpaid item dispute. No communication and UID was closed. Now here comes in my stupidity... I offered second chance buyers, this highest paid $18 and paid. Rushing and tired, I accidentally addressed the package to the buyer who never paid. Rookie mistake, even though I am not a new seller. It was dumb, I know, but this isn't my point anyway. After realizing what happened, a week after buyer never received the item, I obviously refunded her. So, after I came to terms, I figured what did I have to lose at this point by messing the unpaying buyer who got the shirt... write a short sympathetic message about having faith in people, it being Christmas, and this being my fault but I'd really appreciate if she'd pay me anything... even $10. No message back, but now in my mobile version of ebay it's saying PAYMENT PENDING. Checked paypal and there's nothing there. Anyone have any idea? Would it even allow her to pay on an item that had a closed unpaid item case? Please no responses about my shipping stupidity and his she'll never pay... I am disgusted with myself enough, I just want to know about the payment pending : closed unpaid item case aspect. THANKS!
