I am writing on behalf of Australian Company, a long-standing Australian company specialising in the design and manufacturing of truck parts. We’ve recently become aware of a store on eBay using the same name and misrepresenting themselves in a way that may mislead customers into thinking they are affiliated with our business. Is your trademark/copyright valid world wide or just Australia, where is the seller registered.
