Vehicles for sale. Registration date format issue

I'm trying to list a vehicle but keep getting errors.   The registration date etc keeps changing.  The format was first dd/mm/yyyy, but when I put that in there was an error and I noticed it had changed to yyyy/mm?  Anything that requires a date is getting an error. I have tried choosing from their own drop down menu, but that didn't work either.

Is there an issue please?

Anyone have some way to get around this issue?  I still cannot list my vehicle from a draft that has been rejected due to date format issues

Why not just start over and create a new listing? Probably take less time than battling with the draft.
