WARNING the new system where you can send offers to buyers . once you send the offer you cannot make any changes to that listing including changing your stock amount so be sure you have plenty of stock listed before you send any offers as i now have 85 listings i can't add stock to for the next 2 days . seems a major over site by ebay because what if your stock sells before the buy accepts your offer 

1 you lose income waiting 

2 ebay lose income from your sales also effectively millions worldwide UNBELIEVABLE that no one considered this before it was introduced

After reading your post, I checked the items on which I have made such offers. I was able to change the number available and back again.

That doesn't mean you will be able to do so. There are too many things about ebay that no longer make sense.

Perhaps a call to CS where they can assist remotely.
