best you contact paypal (ring them) ...
sure they sort it out over the phone or at least give you an answer too why ........

you are either an infrequent user, you are a risk, you don't have enough feedback etc etc. could be a number of reasons.

From what see, you have only sold a few items. Ebay may deem you at risk at the moment. Give them a call.
