When are seller fees charged if I have a card on file for auto payment?

I have sold a couple of items and I am up for some seller fees, no issue but just wondering when they get charged to. My card as I have it down as auto payment.

Paypal has suddenly decided that I need to wait 21 days to access my money, despite no problems. I maybe can access sooner if I leave tracking number etc, but ebay keeps telling me that aus post isn't a carrier it recognises ?ugh!
