With nothing having changed on my end, I don't understand why my ebay sales have crashed ... down to about 15% of what they were before ... profit on my sales now barely cover my monthly ebay anchor store costs ... I'm now earning LESS than $1 per hour !
HELP! HELP! HELP!

Gosh I make a good cuppa haha.
Ok I have more than 1 selling account, this ID is for auction sales which a buyer will and always gets a bargain and selling isn't a problem.
But my other account is a buy it now selling account where I would like to get what the item is actually worth and in the last 12 months I have had only 2 sales on it darn that sux,the asking prices are not way over the top but what the items are worth, but not a nibble.
So over time I've come to realize that my customers are after the cheapest price they can pay for the items,so some you lose and some you win, just enough to keep afloat in my situation.
But best wishes and sales to all sellers out there.

Ahh yeah the good old days where you are allowed to have 1 picture free and everything else you had to pay for..

get rid of your anchor store for starters. consolidate your listings, reduce your amount of stock

you have a number of folders for example with a separate listing for each colour. Those 5 folder colours can be put into one variation listing. the same goes for all the same brand and style of pens roll them into one variation listing. Same with all the ticket books

I'm thinking that the OP has gone below standard performance and thus his sales have been effected greatly. If thats the case, then I would suggest improving it so eBay doesn't suspend the account.

the OP has had some terrible buyers tho, giving totally unjustified negatives and neutrals:
NEG | A1 |
NEG | Great stuff thank you ๐ |
NEG | bank details left not correct |
NEG | Tried twice to contact them but no reply |
NEG | This item not wanted.. I ordered twice by mistake. |
NEG | Most expensive raffle ticket Book |
NEU | The item arrived ok. The seller was a little unhelpful when I asked about a link (FOR A $1.50 ITEM!) |
NEU | I won't be able to buy it |
NEU | Excellent |
NEU | Thanks, but I thought the 80/tw meant 80 x twin pocket |
Just shows that some buyers have no idea how much bad feedback affects sellers

As my ID indicates, I have agencies and in those circumstances a 98.7% Feedback is about as good as I can get it ... the problem for me is that some buyers (mainly those with purchases under $5) want to have heavy duty communication about something I cant control ... I dont manufacture the stuff. Surely, buyers cant expect that level of customer service when I am selling significantly below the retail price!!! Pay me an extra 30% and I can do the comms buyers expect and earn $10 an hour for my time!

I had someone purchase some lures this afternoon and insist that they arrive by the 18th, they will not leave until monday the 15th because of the weekend so I have to hold my breathe and hope they arrive becuase he will not tale the express option which is $11.00.
If I cancel the order I will receive a deficit so this is the new ebay for you and I am sick of the stress of it all ,ebay customers in my opinion are becoming more demanding and rude and this is all because of ebays policies. As for throttling I can bet you the big name stores dont have this problem, I too have a website and will be out of here asap I dont need this B.S. in my life................

some sellers will buy one of your items just to give you a negative so as to push your throttle down.
If enough do it, then you're suspended.
