Ok.
I get four chocolate frogs if they don't.
You get 5 chocolate frogs if they do.

Like the ones who buy a cheap Chinese widget, then neg the seller saying the item was poorly made. I reckon these sorts of feedbacks, DSR's, & associated defects, should be deleted by eBay. That includes these ones left for you also, Gav. But we all know that probably wont happen.

Thank goodness for that. It's still terribly unfair that you had to sit on the phone (I only use a mobile, so this would cost $$) to make it happen.
Some buyer feedback is truly ridiculous. I sell more than buy (though not much of either here) and when buying, I check seller fb. Most power sellers might have, say, 60 neg fb but when you read them, some will say 'A+++ great seller very happy'. The buyer has clearly clicked the wrong icon, or doesn't understand ebay, or is simply a numbskull.
It's amazing ebay has any power sellers left. It seems if you do any real volume on this site you WILL (not might) lose money, it's just a matter of luck as to how long it'll take before you can't sustain it any longer.
Sorry for ranting- good result OP, well done 🙂
