Could some of the more experienced sellers please explain to me about Promotional Offers from eBay. I am a bit wary of them, as I wonder if there are catches. e.g. The current one of 75% off fees for the next ten items you list and sell. Do I need to use up my 40 free listings first, and would I then pay insertion fees on these ten? If not, do they roll over and then I get stung with insertion fees?
The information given by eBay is rather vague "other terms and conditions apply" Any advice would be most welcome.
