Yep, it's the money. I'm glad that I can just go and look at an acreage in gympie and ring hubby up and say I just bought a house and tell my daughter that she can live in it with her horses and her dog cheap rent. Oh and I have met some really awesome people through eBay

I'll second that. I have become quite good (online) friends with a couple of buyers. Downside is they've pretty much stopped buying off me, but we've formed a great friendship. They both occasionally still buy something.....through eBay, but not as often as they were. I don't mind though, the friendship is more important.

I was going to say nothing, but I do get a warm fuzzy feeling when someone emails and says they have been looking for something for ages and I had it. In all honesty they didn't look to hard

I forgot to mention how I like it when people come and do the garden tour and once an asian family came and wanted to just stay and browse and have a picnic here so I just said ..um,  ok , as long as you dont mind if I keep working..They wanted to buy all my garden statues...lol.

Yep, I do love the $'s in fact have come to rely to some degree on them.

But what I love most is that I can work from home. Ebay taught me how to get out of my comfort zone.

I love my amazing customers. They are friendly and honest folks!

Ha, Yes we took down the front fences which used to be undulating horse paddocks . The house is way off the road where you cross a dam to get to it and looks like a botanical gardens now...Well it would if I can be unbusy enough with eBay  to maintain the gardens...Beautiful day and I have hubby outside digging holes for my ACHA-CHA trees while Im at the computer putting on 10 new listings...lol

I agree, not much fun but I have set a goal this week. So Im selling like a crazy person, on gumtree as well ( which has been surprisingly good) We cant stay on this property when Im 65 as its too much for me now but I want to hang in there to pay off 2 rental properties and we will be set
