ref above dispute ,before refunding the buyer ,i insis to have my item back first then i see if he is telling the truth or not after phone check. the phone is almost new one and never had any problems with it. no refun for changing his mind.

Hello I sold an item, did all the calculations, weight, size, etc and it apparenly would have cost $15. Sent it today and cost me $18 to ACT so it actually cost me. Also it was only a 1kg parceal. Why is this

Resolved! Confusion over shop subscription numbers
