I didn't look at the descriptions, just the bidding activity list.

One listing sold and one unpaid item makes sense.  That would have the OP wondering why they had to pay fees for an item that was not paid for.

v-n-d-l . . . . if an item is unpaid for, eBay do not automatically know that an item has remained unpaid.  You needed to open an UnPaid Item case against the non-paying buyer to ensure that you were not charged final value fees on the unpaid listing.

If what slr said is correct and one item wasn't paid for, you still have time to open a non paying dispute on the unpaid item so you can get your fees back. Go to the item on your selling page and click the dropdown to the right. Then select resolve a problem. On the next screen select the option that says you sold and item and haven't been paid and click the button under it. The next screen will ask you to confirm, which will then open the dispute.

4 days later (and not a second before), go back to the dropdown and select close case. On the next screen click the dropdown to the right of the listing link and click to get your fees back. The next screen will ask if you've been paid, select no. If you are unable to select no, then the 4 days isn't up. At the top of the screen will give you the earliest time you can close (down to the last second). Go back then and close it. Your fees will then be refunded.

If both items have been paid for, then the fees you've been charged are correct as you pay fees on the postage component too. I'm unsure where you get $9 from.
