What happened to the "bold" and "highlight" options when creating listings? And "handling fee" ?

I was a seller mainly back in the 2000s. I remember there used to be various options to promote your listing, such as making it bold, highlighted, etc. Why did these options disappear?? 

I also remember you could specify a handling fee in addition to the postage fee. This was useful to cover the cost of things like the packing material/boxes used to mail items out (one box I bought from Aus Post cost me $9). With calculated postage, how am I meant to cover that cost?

The option of adding a handling fee is still available . You can even charge different handling fees for domestic and international transactions if you wish.

Personally, I factor it in for domestic sales and offer free postage, but my international sales have a $3 handling fee added to each transaction.

Add it to the item price.

I can still bold anything I like.

I exclusively use AP satchels, so flat rate works for me.
