Buyer hasn't confirmed pick up

Does the buyer have to confirm pick up with their 6 digit and QR code in order for the payment to be released to the seller?

VAT had to be paid by purchaser

HiMy purchaser had to pay VAT for a purchase upon receipt despite them having paid for VAT at time of purchase. I have refunded them the amount but would like to obtain the VAT paid by them to eBay. Is there a way to obtain this?

Fake silver

What is wrong with eBay that it allows people who are obviously selling fake silver to be selling fake silver?So many people selling fake silver coins the company has lost credibility.Poor business model on eBay's part.
