Accepted buyer offer, not showing up in awaiting payment tab

It's happened to me in the past month about 2-3 times when I have accepted an offer, it doesn't appear as sold, it doesn't appear in the awaiting payment tab, and i receive no further emails about it from ebay. Anyone else experienced this?

Free selling to pro seller fee/price question

If I have something listed for $1 and it has a buyer's protection of $0.38c while I'm a free seller, if I get moved to pro seller will the item still be $1 and it will take the fee out of that, or will it be $1.38 and then the fee removed from that? ...
