Unsold item

eBay won't let me trade on its site as it claims I owe money for an item I sold. In fact the item never sold. I still have it. I have tried every avenue to tell the administrators but keep going round in circles. Any suggestions?

Buyers scammed me

I sold an item the buyer confirmed they received it then asked for a refund so now I basically sent he a very expensive product free of charge i am so angry that he just took 100 bucks out of my pocket

Please help me stop sellers from swamping me with offers simply because I looked at something. The items that I look at are usually something I want to sell for comparison. So I am wanted to sell it not get 100s of offers to buy it
