Sellers cheating 'search by price'

Anyone else infuriated by the way sellers will group an expensive item with a cheaper item to rig the search results?ie. I'm selling a thing for $50 but I'll include a sticker or other garbage for $5 so my item appears at the top as $5-$50.

Payment for delivered item

How do i get payment from Ebay when item has been delivered but tracking saying not delivered. Ebay tracking is not working for tracking number / carrier
