What has happened to the 'blocked bidders' list? It seems to have disappeared!

I have tried to view my blocked bidders list  but am unable to find it. The old site map was far easier to comprehend.

hi, i tried looking for it today and after about 10mins of searching i found it when i clicked on block international buyers, on that page was a link to blocking buyers. i had to block a buyer today
