Hi: I am moving back to Australia from Germany soon and wondering what I should bring back with me to sell on Ebay. I usually sell 2nd hand clothes but maybe someone has an idea of other hot selling items in Au. Small and light things are preferential but all ideas are welcome. Thanks, Kate

Best thing would be to have a look at a few different categories and see what there's not a lot of, but what sells well (check the sold items). Some categories, like clothing and dvd's, are saturated. Not saying they don't sell, there's just a lot of them.

The only German-region games which will not work with Australian consoles are the original Nintendo (NES) games (e.g. Super Mario 3 etc.) - later games have the same region code and should all work on Australian consoles - just make sure that they aren't entirely in German (this mainly affects games from the PlayStation 1 onwards - Super Nintendo/Nintendo 64 games don't usually have that problem).
On a side note, if you ever come across any Mega Man games over there, they are worth a fortune, regardless of the region. Mega Man 5 (blue label, not purple/American), 7, X, X2, X3 and The Wily Wars (watch out for fake/pirated "repro" versions) are the most collectible by far. Note that these games can cost hundreds of dollars (even into the thousands!) - definitely not in the "couple of Euros" category.
