I recently contact the online help chat.  The guy kept telling me that it was all okay, he was logged as me and even sent me the link to the page.  But on my laptop I couldn't see the standard format.  This was in Internet Explorer.  I then logged into eBay from Firefox and it was all okay.  Try a different browser.
