Hi Everyone,
Just wanting to get an idea of when it is the best time to leave feedback for your buyers?
I had always thought the best thing was to leave feedback when the buyer pays you, but lately I never seem to get feedback in return.
Is it wrong to state in your description that you will leave feedback for them when they leave it for you,
I am getting a bit tired of doing the seemingly right thing but no one seems to do it in return to me.
Thanks for your thoughts, Chris ๐

I wait because I don't want buyers to think they can walk all over me after they receive the item and know that I have given them another green dot. I wait because they are more likely to leave feedback for me. I wait because I believe in the ebay policy that feedback should be left when a transaction is finalised and that does not happen until the buyer has received the item. I wait because I can as when and if you you leave feedback is entirely voluntary.

I don't find that buyers "walk all over me"
Sure, from time to time, there are some challenging situations with buyers, but they I can't see how when you leave feedback would make any difference to the outcome.
Lol - your interpretation of ebay policy re feedback always make me smile PJ ๐
