I can't find my business policies. I thought they used to be on the drop-down menu under Account but they aren't there. Any help would be appreciated!

After a bit of hunting around I found the old link in the forums for anyone who's lost their policies and wants to opt back in.
www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/policyoptin
Just be aware that when you click on it you'll most likely have to sign in - and you'll probably end up on the US site. Don't panic - you just have to sign out again and go back into the AU site to view and edit your policies. If you try to see them on the US site, you can't, and you'll end up totally confused because they have different payment options, etc.
Business policies is now on my drop-down menu on the Account tab.
I think I might know what caused them to disappear on me. A few months ago I was somewhere in my site preferences (or something like that) when I came across a section with a list of 'third parties' that I'd allowed ebay to give my details to (or so they said). They were all pretty unfamiliar to me so I deleted them all. I realised later that one of the names I'd deleted was Lithium and that it was for the forums, so my business policies could easily have been amongst them. That's just a guess, but it's one explanation as to why I lost them.
Interesting that everyone was supposed to have business policies available to them by a date in 2012. Hmmm....
Time I was in bed!!!!

It keeps telling me to update business policies in TL.
There is nothing showing for me under accounts either,(so I thought it was because I hadn't "updated").
You'll probably need to contact eBay to see where they've moved it to "improve" the site for you.
They need to go through their site map and check their links as a lot of them are completely useless,

I just looked at our accounts too.
We operate two basic stores both using SMPro.
On one of them Business Policies shows up when you hover over the Accounts tab. Just click and away you go. Easy-peasy!
But on the other store its nowhere to be seen.
That's a little inconsistent.

Thanks for the help, even if it didn't help much.
I ended up doing a bulk edit of 100 items at a time, except that on the first page it refused to edit them all and I had to go back and do the ones it missed. They were roughly every second one on the page so it was pretty tedious. I'm lucky that 99% of my items have the same postage of $1.70 on them.
I've still got business policies on my non-store ID. I don't know why they can't make it a bit simpler. When they first introduced it, it all looked too complicated so I said no thanks. When I opted out there was a message saying I could opt back in at any time, but when I found out how simple (and oh so handy) it was, I couldn't find anywhere to opt back in. Eventually someone posted a link in the forums that I was able to use to opt back in.
I don't know that I'll bother contacting ebay about it. I only contact them when I'm REALLY, REEEEEAALLY desperate.
Something else that's really irritating is the way the code in the descriptions keeps on changing and messing up my fonts and spacings, and sometimes even swaps the order of sentences. I've got better things to do than spend hours and hours editing code. I could sell twice as much if I didn't have to spend time on that!

I read somewhere that business policies aren't available in turbo lister. I can't remember where I read it now but it may be old info so I wouldn't take it as gospel.

Thanks for that. Now have mine working again too.
I edited the link you posted and added in the .au so it goes to the Australia site, otherwise it takes you into the USA site and as you said you cannot see them.
I saved the link as a clickable shortcut button on my browser shortcut bar so I can easily click it any time to edit/add/delete my policies.
Note the .au in the link below, otherwise same as yours.

UPDATE...
I just used the .au link on our ebay store where the link was not showing under the accounts tab.
The resultant screen shows no business policies at all. Empty!
When I try to add one I get an error message that says something like
"...check the My eBay selling section periodically to find out when this feature will be available to you. We're introducing it gradually to make sure the transition goes smoothly for everyone."
I checked a few of the active listings and it looks each individual one has its own policies. That's the old way of doing business I thought. Didn't even realsie the listings were still like this.
So guess I have to call them to have this account updated to make business policies available.

Why don't you try the US link before you ring them? You've got nothing to lose, and it'd probably be quicker than ringing them.
When I tried it I was taken to the US site and it showed my business policies page, but it didn't actually show any of my policies and I couldn't access them. When I went into the AU site afterwards, they were all there, and set up just the way I had them before, so going to the US site did seem to reactivate them somehow.
They appear to have been there all the time but I just had no access to them. Yesterday I even tried editing a listing to see whether I could access them that way, but there was no sign that I even had policies set up.
I searched the forums using the words "business policies opt in" but couldn't find any other links except this one, and I know I used a link in the forums to get policies on an ID that I'd never been offered them on. Maybe there's another link in an old thread but I couldn't find it.
I hope you can get something sorted out, one way or another. I find them really helpful, especially when postage prices change, but I recently changed the email on my paypal address and it was the easiest way to change that on all my listings.
