Where do I find my business policies so I can edit them?

I can't find my business policies.  I thought they used to be on the drop-down menu under Account but they aren't there.  Any help would be appreciated!

Going to the USA site first worked a treat.

Once I went back to the .au site there they all were just as you said.

Now to get busy fixing them all up and aplying them

I'm glad my lack of sleep benefitted somebody other than just myself.

I didn't have to alter much on mine from when I first set them up. I had to amalgamate a couple but that was easy enough.

I've just been thru fixing and applying all the updated policies on all our listings.

They are all nice and clean now and simple to manage. Thank you for the tip.

We have a new basic store we just changed over from an auction-only ID just a few days ago.

It also has no business policies defined.

We have a few listings up already each with its own policy. They need a tidy up before we get too far.

I tried the same suggestion on that one (ie go to the USA site first) but unfortunately it did not work on this one.

So I will have to call them to get them to activate business policies on that account I think.
