I made a dummy listing to check it out, but I can not see that you will buy 100 of this item when you purchase.

As far as I can see you haven't put any information in at all. If you are selling a bulk lot of 100, as one item, you have to say so in the title and description and show a photo of the full lot of 100. There is no box where you put the qty of the lot, the qty box is for the number of lots you have available. So if you have a total of 300 brushes and you are selling them as bulk lots of 100 each, you would list a qty of 3 and use a title like "Bulk lot of 100 brushes" or "set of 100 brushes", displaying a photograph of 100 brushes as the first picture, then close up photos of the individual brush for detail.

This is how you do it.... (when the lot size feature is enabled, the listing will say X available, X items per lot next to the price at the top).
Start a new listing on eBay, scroll down to the quantity section and click "add or remove options".
The next window that pops up will show the lot size option - tick it, then save.
Once saved, this field will appear next to the quantity field, so in the case of 3 lots, 100 items per lot, you would put 3 in the quantity field, and 100 in the items per lot field.
