Why am I being charged a fee every month when I am not buying or selling on eBay?

How can eBay continue to charge a monthly fee when i thought I had closed my account?

You still have your store open. (Little red door next to your ID)

Cancel your store subscription.

Then you don't need to close the eBay account as it's free.

(Closing an eBay account takes 180 days to take effect)
