Why am I being charged being charged gallery plus insertion fee how to remove never activated!?

All of a sudden when listing today i am being charged a gallary plus insertion fee. I have never used this before and have never activated it how do I remove it? I have plenty of free insertion left but the item I listed did not come off the balance of my free insertions and I was charged a fee!?

Ebay is a train wreck looking for somewhere to happen at the moment. Your best bet is to ring them and ask for a credit.

There are glitches and gremlins all over the site and the only solution is to ring them - emails are a waste of time.

Been going on over a month for many, ebay are very very very aware

They either demy it is happening or claim they are working on it

I don't believe they are, there has been no announcement for one thing. IF they were REALLY working on it, after all these weeks there would sure have been a notice/announcement including making people aware how to get the wrongly charged fees refunded

If you list any more just make sure gallery plus box is unticked.

It may have ticked by default when the new selling pages came into play.

The glitch has more been with listing fees being applied even if you have freebies left. $1.65
