Why am I not receiving a pin number to post the sale item??

Why would you expect one?

When you sell an item and the buyer pays you are advised of the buyer's name and address. You then post to that name and address and the buyer receives the item.

Hi, I just checked your feedback and it looks as if you may not have sold anything before. Please excuse the following if you already know all of this ( the basic selling process ) Once the item has sold, go to "summary page".  Down the left hand side is a series of links. Under "selling" you will see "sold". Click on this and your "sold items" page appears. On the right hand side of the sold item you can hover your mouse and a drop down menu appears. Here you will find links to all of the services you need to complete the selling process such as purchases mailing address, marking payment recieved ( if not paypal which shows automatically ), mark item sent etc. These links bring up a series of icons used to mark the various processes of the sale as you complete them.. Alternatively you can click on the item and follow links at the top of the individual sold item page .
