I am wondering myself why my sales are so quite and no inquiries. I have listed now for nearly 1 month after the listing has dropped off i have relisted, Why is it because i have 0 feed back it turns people away. how can i prove too people about my listed items or 100% guaranteed.

Maybe because the other posters hit reply from the moderated opening post or another post that had already done that, why the moderator name is in the following ones. I have noticed that before in threads.

I was in Sydney all yesterday so i missed all the real stuff that got mod edited down to pleasantries but the result is the same i guess.
the OP now has no current listings. When I clicked on some completed listings they showed as having been relisted. When I click on the relisted link it comes up with the 'item removed' notification. Two completed listings show as listing ended due to error in listing or no longer available.

The thing that gave me a real giggle in the T&C was 'must be over 30 on check in, and under 65 on check out'.
Were they planning on people staying for 35 years?? WOW...that would be one heck of a free 'no obligations' holiday.
Though I think those 90minute 'talks' would be a tad boring after all that time. Hmmm, some may call that pergatory.

Interesting & probably sensible too.
0 feedback, horrible terms & conditions, misleading title of holiday when it's a timeshare. That's an unholy trilogy due for failure anyway.
There was an old thread on similar "holiday" listings a while ago with equally nasty terms & conditions & at the bottom of it it said that if any eBayer asked a question they would be blocked.
They will probably relist under another ID or try to re-word it.

Could they force you to attend the 90 minute hard sell?

There would be a $ cost if you didn't.

Kind of diluted Hotel California!
But to be fair to the OP, I think that he has been sucked in by the company selling the times shares, by all kinds of promises of great wealth.
Some people are more susceptible than others to high pressure sales tactics and he probably believes that he is selling a worthwhile product to other people like he.
