Why can't I choose and fancy border for my listing anymore

Not sure why but I can't seem to choose a border around my listings anymore.  I used to be able to choose a counter to let me know how many people had viewed my item but this seems to have gone also.  Am I doing something wrong?

No, the borders were discontinued a while ago. To get something like that now, you would need to use independent HTML in your listings.

Do a google search for free ebay templates and you will get thousands of options to create your own backgrounds and/or borders.
