as a seller how do you leave feedback for a buyer except positive,
I have seen some negative feedback to sellers and seller's negative response also is shown.
How is this possible.

At the bottom of your feedback page there are some options - one of them is to "respond to feedback received" or something similar. Click on that and follow the prompts to leave a follow-up. Try to be factual and polite, explaining your position simply, because if the comment is deemed abusive, profane, libellous etc, eBay can, and will remove it.
Cheers,
Marina.

You have NOT received any negative feedback-you have received a neutral feedback.
I presume you have contacted the buyer to try to resolve their issue-that should be your 1st step.
Sellers can only leave positive feedback & it's been that way for over 5 years.
JMO but only CONSIDER leaving a follow up underneath their neutral if they aren't willing to work with you to resolve their issue.
IF you can reach an amicable resolution with them, then ask them if they would please consider revising their feedback to a positive.

I have no idea why you would leave a follow up, you have 100% feedback so any buyer checking your feedback would probably have skimmed over that neut but now you have drawn attention to it. Sounds like the buyer had ample justification for leaving a neut because of your inefficiency and you should be happy it was not a neg.
