Why cant I combine postage

Just tried to do a combined post on some items and it seems now you cant change the postage cost. I know how to do it as I have done it MANY times ....but now the invoice wont allow you to change the postage.

Is this to do with greedbays new fee thing ...I didnt think that started for another couple of weeks .....

Anyone else having the problem

Don't click recalculate if you are as that just reverts it back to the original.

Tick all the items, add new postage cost and send.

But maybe that's what you are doing and it could be to do with getting ready for the changes.

Yup ...I never click recalulate ...learnt that a long time ago. Thanks anyway ...cant change the postage so I guess we pay full fees then refund the customer out of our pockets. Sounds aboutright  for this place !

Where are you doing the invoice from ..... Selling Manager Pro or My Ebay.  I've found in the past if I can't change the invoice through SMP, then if I go into My Ebay Selling .... I can do it from there.

Doing it from MyEbay ...same way I have done it hundreds of times. Oh well I will try again in the morning ...hopefully the gremlin will have the day off ! Thanks anyway.
