Why does a buyer take 20 days to pay and then says i did not receive my item

This probably isnt new took a un paid claim to get the money.Then it came in thee form of a echeck and did not clear for 17 days.

Then i left positive feedback and then came the emails :All i got from you was an empty envelope and this 3 dollar item....5 dollar post then fees where 49cent and paypal 17cent i give up.Post sucks

Not much you can really do apart from adding the buyer to your BBL.
