I just remembered something. Ages and ages ago (over a year) I lost the 3 relists for a little while, despite trying all the usual fixes. I went to the quick listing tool to check on something one time to compare it to the advanced listing tool and the box was there. I ended up changing all the listings over to that for a few months until it reappeared on the advanced lister. For those that have suddenly lost it, try switching to the quick listing option and see if the box appears in there. It may not work, but certainly worth a try!
