You could try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer, also if you happen to be using IE download Firefox or Chrome as they are far more eBay-friendly than IE.

Sellers have never been able to watch their timer on their own listings for as long as I've been selling. If you want to watch it count down, open a new browser and go to your listing while not logged in.

Counts down fine for sellers on the mobile app
