Why has the eBay fees increased to 18 % ?

Why am I getting charged 18% fees now, instead of the 10 % I got charged earlier?

why can't I contact EBay ?

could anyone please help to with my questions.

prob you get charged a fee on postage also   so if you sell item for $10  and postage $10  you will get charged a fee on $20  but in 2 different lots
