Generally F&F only shows for adjoining states. E.G. in NSW it would show F&F for most of Vic and Qld (probably excludes FNQ). For Vic it would show for NSW and SA. I'm in NSW and listings in WA, SA or NT won't show it for me.

Springy, the premium badge is nothing special. You have to be TRS, offer one day postage and it has to be free. It means nothing in the big scheme of things. I couldn't care less if a seller had a ribbon or a truck. Just send the item I paid for and everyone is happy.

I'm probably a bit the same. The truck & the ribbon don't influence me as such. I look for items/prices. If a seller does look to be experienced etc it is just the icing on the cake so to speak but it has never motivated me to buy. I couldn't tell you if the last few things I have bought had any logos, I don't think so as I recall paying postage for a couple. But the items were great, the transactions smooth so that's the main thing.

The little truck does not appear on all the ads I can see with that seller, even though we're in the same state. Must be the fact they have a wider delivery frame, that is all i can put it down to.

If buyers buy BECAUSE you offer parcel service that they don't have to sign for, and then you send registered, they're not going to be happy.  I have no idea how many people it applies to but I know there are some buyers who deliberately don't buy items they have to sign for simply because it's too hard for them to get to the PO to collect them when the PO is open.

I solved the situation, all my items are post parcel + signature, because i dont want not recieved item cases, in which in almost all cases the seller loses, registered post has up to $100 insurance and tracking, its the only way you can have tracking on a large letter, Australia post have safe drops and parcel lockers now so you dont have to go into the post office. Only safe way to deliver large letters.

As far as I know you cannot deliver a large letter to a Parcel Locker and Registered mail is still supposed to be signed for which means the buyer has to get to the PO if they are not home to sign.

I send stuff all the time to parcel lockers , its considered a digital signature when you open the locker with the code , i get large letters sent to my parcel locker all the time as well, also Australia Post changed there policy with Registered Mail a while ago, so the person who recieves has quite a few options now to recieve registered mail.
