Why is it that a buyer can leave bad feed back but a seller cant if the customer was difficult

Ebay sellers should be able to leave netural feedback for difficuit buyers.

Ebay buyer should not be able to leave multiple bad feedback on items combine.

It should only count as 1 not 4 or 5.

It only counts as one on your total, it may show on the FB page as multiple, but will be considered one negative against your account.

As to sellers leaving buyers neg FB, there really is no need.

For a non payer you open NPB dispute, close it when the system allows and that gives the buyer a strike, and add them to your BBL.

2 or more strikes stops that  buyer from purchasing from any smart eBay seller.

Simples

FB = 111 - you have an awful lot of neuts and negs, your time would be better spent offering customer service and checking on your procedures and see how you can make things better, rather than replying to the negs making excuses. JMO

Hi I can understand why you are concerned however looking at your feedback their are several unhappy customers!

Also knowing how you handle customers on ebay I would also be hesitant to visit your website to purchase.

extremereptile, What exactly do you mean by difficult ?  Going by what I see, you may need to communicate more with your buyers.

Going by your feedback you could benefit from better communication with your buyers.

Many unhappy customers, slow postage and non-receipt of goods.

Perhaps you need to work on your customer service skills before claiming "difficult buyer."

You've been on ebay for a fraction off a year and you have amassed 11 feedback already? Could your request to wanting to leave negative feedback to 'pay back' the buyers who have negged you for poor customer service?
