Why when selling used goods do you not have an option for sellers to select in the condition area?

Not sure what you are asking, when listing you have to select BNWT, BNWOT or Pre-owned, some categories have options for rfurbished,  spares and repair only etc.

If you select anything other than brand new you get an extra box where you can elaborate if you wish.

It could also be that you are not allowed to sell used swimwear, underwear etc...

If you  list swimwear (as you already do)  it will only give you the 'new' options - not pre-owned.

Whoops!! Should have looked further at your first listing 'New with Tags'  with the 'Used' underneath.

This is against ebay policy and you may find the listing will be removed.

Yup, if I had looked that would have been a whole different answer. You cannot list second hand swimwear or underclothes on the Australian site.
