Non payer & only pays after an ebay 'credit' is put against her account - finally pays for garment & THEN more than a month later wants a credit as the garment had 'nylon' & not spandex (both were mentioned) & she's 'allergic' to nylon & wants total credit for garment - it must have taken her more than a month to read the label!
What do I do now? I have put her on my 'non bidding' list but this doesn't help with this situation - what has she done with the top over the last month & she now accuses me of false advertising the garment!!/

I would ignore her in the nicest possible way, as you mentioned the material in your listing I don't see that you have anything to answer for. But I am quite new to Ebay so I'm sure others will have more experienced advice. If she leaves you negative feedback I would ask Ebay to remove it, if they won't then respond to it by just stating the facts.

Agree with the above, the buyer doesn't have any grounds for returning the item (unless you stated you would accept a change of mind return after this amount of time, and I'm guessing that's not likely).
The listing would still be viewable on eBay, so it should be very easy to point out to them the fabric content was fully disclosed in the listing, and highlight whatever applicable points of your return policy there are (eg no returns, or the time limit for returns). You may want to suggest some alternatives, such as on-selling the garment - some buyers have been quite happy to do that as I've offered the full use of my description and images.

Thanks so much for the help - I'm never sure how to handle difficult people who either don't pay - pay late - complain etc. so all info given is just terrific & thank once again.
Cheers.

Thanks for the advice - she has purchased two items from me & only paid after I put in an "unpaid item" claim - never gives any feedback - keeps the garment a month & then states it wasn't what she thought - thanks for you help - people can be such "pina"!!!
Cheers,
