Just thought you may like to hear something positive today.
Ebay have removed the 4 nasty negative feedbacks I received from a customer for their order not arriving in time for their event.
I can't prove whether they received it or not, but they waited until this new policy thing came in. By then it was too late and Paypal refused their claim.
The customer then emailed me and said if I gave them a refund they would review the feedback they left.
I refunded and the customer did nothing. Not a word.
It was then passed the time a feedback revision could be done.
I sent Ebay a copy of the correspondance to Ebay and told them I felt it was feedback extortion. They agreed and it has been removed.
My store is closed for a few days, as I am re doing ALL my listings to cover Registered Post.
I have also learnt in this process to log onto Paypal and put the tracking number there as well., (not just Ebay) Paypal then email the customer with tracking details and have all the info at hand if someone tries to claim an item not received on me.
