Zoom on pictures not working

Anyone else having problems with no Zoom feature on their listings... or on some and not others ?

Some items I list the Zoom works on the 1st image only but not the 2nd or 3rd etc.

Other listings the Zoom doesn't work at all.

All my images are the size they should be.

What size are they? Zoom normally won't work only if the image is too small to permit. Mine are at least 1600*1200 and usually a lot bigger.

They are the new size Ebay wanted us to change to.  As mentioned before, my pictures all had Zoom on them when they were 1st listed, and now it is hit and miss.

Yes, but what "new size" is that? You need to specify in pixels.

Rules
All listings* on eBay.com.au and most other eBay sites must meet these requirements

• Every listing must have at least one photo.
• Photos need to be at least 500 pixels on the longest side.

You won't get zoom on 500px.

I don't mean to disagree, but I changed ALL my pictures to the size Ebay want and had zoom on ALL of them up until 4 days ago.

The zoom has just disappeared from some pictures and is there on others. 

Even yesterday, I listed 3 listings with this size picture, and 2 have zoom and the 3rd does not.  It seems to be hit and miss.

Also, my images are all 650 to 700px on the longest side..not 500px

Those sizes are still right on the edge of being unacceptable, and 500px is far too small. If you want to absolutely guarantee having zoom on all of your images, don't resize the shortest side to anything less than 1000px and you should be just fine.

Photos only need to be 500 to be acceptable.
