on the 4th nov i sold and item...waited patiently to be paid...sent reminder to pay heard nothing from buyer...put in unpaid dispute....heard nothing until last day b4 i could close the dispute and get a credit...he paid....14th nov....i sent item out 16th via click and send....going from one sydney suburb to another...arrive in his post office a few days later....item sat there till 30th nov....in the mean time 29th nov buyer puts in a dispute to paypal "not recieved item" tracking number sent to him when i sent item via click and send....i check tracking number and it showed that item was in his local post office so emailed him that it was there and go get it....how ever Aust. post sent it back to me on the 1st dec with "Return to sender" the buyer gives me positive feedback with this comment..."DISHONEST,RUDE,OBNOXIOUS,TRIED TO SEND "FREE" PARCEL AT MY EXPENCE. AWOID!!!" ok i can live with that....even though its not true...the buyer esculates the claim and buys another item off me and sends me an email with this threat...Just wait and see the feedback you are going to get on this "transaction". now all i want to do is cancel this second item....now i know i cant send the buyer the request i know he will refuse cos he is hell bent on giving me another bad feedback and this time it will be a negative for sure....as for his first item i dont know whether to send to him or just refund his money and be done with him cos he sounds like he is unstable and has a mental problem....i have 100% feedback and pride myself on it but today i was thinking maybe i should just close my account and be done with all this s..t....i have sent ebay 3 emails and i am still waiting on a reply cos i feel he has violated feedback policy...but who knows i guess i have to deal with what ever the buyer wants to do.... like usual...

Add them to your blocked list and report them to ebay. I would discontinue contact with the buyer and ask ebay to remove any previous feedback and DSRs and that they remove the members account. I doubt ebay will do anything so if you have a lawyer I would ask them to contact ebay as well as . You could possibly sue them for defermation but that may be taking it a little too far.
Keep a record of their address details as there is nothing stopping them from opening another account and purchasing even if blocked. It is against policy to do so but for some reason ebays system will not pick it up.

thanx, i have just got of the phone with ebay and i have sent them the message he sent...as for the item he bought i am to send him a request to cancel the order, and as i explained to Ebay he has no intention of cancelling it cos he wants to leave negative feedback cos i think he was going to do that when he left the last feedback but made a mistake....and it turned out to be postive feedback with negative message....i asked for them to look into his account and send him a message to know that i have contacted Ebay about this and they said what good would that do????what i dont understand is why have policies if ebay doesnt uphold them....a threat is a threat in my eyes and what i have read it violates feedback policy.....

Have a think about this from a different perspective.
Ebay is committed to maximise returns to shareholders.
By not stopping this person they have received income for this transaction.
It will not be refunded
Therefore the return to shareholders is increased as you will pay to relist and possibly pay again when the item sells.
Ebay do not want to stop this clown. He is good for their profits.
I think a lawyers letter would be effective but probably not worth it for you.
and with private details we can not find out who the clown is.
sounds like a phsycho customer I had from Dunnolly in Victoria

Well like i said the buyer refused to cancel the order...now i wait for the negative feedback.....yet again the seller gets s..ted on.....
Hi eyeswithdesign2010,
The buyer, has rejected your request to cancel the transaction for (#......) . As a result, you will not receive a Final Value Fee credit for this transaction. Please complete this transaction with the buyer.
when does the seller ever win at these disputes.....???????

no matter what, in ebays eyes, sellers have zero repeat 0, zilch, nil, none, nunya, squat, zippo rights..i found that out myself.so unfair.

what if you go into the cancel transaction thingy and state "item is no longer available. has been broken or lost".. i wonder if that might help you?.might be able to force a cancelation??
