Hi All , paypal have a return postage refund on offer.
I understood the seller had to pay for return postage.
What use is that to a buyer that has already had the benefit of free return postage costs?
Nice one Paypal----a clayton refund policy.

Paypals offer is not restricted to Ebay sales only, nor is it only for defective sales.

The paypal free return post is only available when a seller wants to sign up for it, I think it is a bit of a gimmick and they are testing the waters at the moment.
Under ebay the postage is payed by the seller for INAD.
Under paypal the postage is payed by the buyer for INAD (if the seller doesn't signup) if the seller does it's free for the buyer. I don't quite get it really. The seller has to sign up so that a buyer can return something for free?
