So...does PayPal accept the new free tracking as proof of post in disputes?

I've asked this a few times before, but no one seems to know for sure, least of all PayPal themselves. Anyone been able to suss it yet? Firsthand experience, perhaps?

Have to change postal categories -- to WHAT?!

Got message from eBay saying that I have to change postal categories (or get listing removed without recourse), to whatever new system AustPost is enforcing....but the new options aren't on eBay yet, so ...????
