Can you list an item without actually listing the model you will receive? (No serial Trolls)

Can you list an item like a tv, cd, radio etc etc and say you might get this brand or this brand or this brand but not actually state what you will get. Just that it will be one of those brands? I thought it was against Ebay policy.
