how do I get my fees back

How do I get my e bay fees back from E bay? when an item is suposidly sold by auction but the buyer does not pay?Yet e bay takes their fee as if the item was paid for? This is a lot of money on a high priced item.

Downloading photos

Hi folks, when I browse and choose the photos that I want to download they all come in upside down, it is driving me crazy. Has anyone else been having this problem. I am using my Ipad with importing the photos. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
