best way to allow 1 blocked buyer to buy it now

is there a simple way to allow a single buyer to purchase an item that my blocks are stopping? its a buy it now so if they pay via PP it should be ok i hope.

I think if you add them onto your exempt list they should be able to buy.

But after they buy if you still want them blocked you would need to remove their name from the list.
