bid cancellation

I received a bid on a product I am selling 2043972749640 .  The person making the bid has cancelled the bid in order to accept the buy now option.  I have received a notice about the cancelled bid.  The system will not allow this buyer matmo5602 to purchase the item due to the cancelled bid.  How can matmo5602 obtain permission to accept the buy now option?

End the listing and relist it. Send the buyer the link to the item so they can go ahead and purchase. Be aware though, someone could come along in the mean time and buy it.
