NO NO NO!!!!  Do not send out revision forms until you can be sure the buyer understands what it is and you can be sure they will revise.  You only get one revision for every so many sales; nobody can afford to waste them.  And everybody can see this was just a mistake, so there is no hurry.

OK, appears that they give the same feedback to everyone, in this case, they have not yet received the item, no idea why the feedback, told them to expect it within 10 days as it is coming from china.
