bulk listing woes

no matter which selling account i use it wants to charge me listing fees - listing bulk items in one hit.. whilst eligible for free listing offers or have accepted free listing offers, even tried while listing 40 freebies a month


 


i have wrote in to ebay and asked if they could take a look at it for me and sort it out


they have not replied!


 


do you have to activate in some way yourself?


 


i read on here that sellers bulk list and don't get charged insertion fees using this feature


 


whats your secret?


 


re-listing items one by one is a pain in the...

Usually when bulk listing it comes up with the regular charges until you hit the final screen saying that your items have been listed. ie the window comes up saying you will be charged x amount and click to confirm you want to list, then it processes it and the next window shows the amount crossed out and replaced by $0.00.


 


Hope this helps but even more so I hope you understand what I mean lol

That's right it will show as 10.75  0.00 after confirming.

mine still shows X amount after submitting, then i cancel and don't hit the final button


 


happened to me before and actually got charged

If you never confirm, you will never get any listings up or free ones.


 


If you do confirm, and it shows fees, then when your ebay fee invoice comes in, you do an email or make a call to ebay to organise a redit. its a very simple process, and I have had my account several times due to glitches and billing errors - I find the billing area of ebay much more efficient than many of its other areas.
